Fine movie. Youtube is wonderful for this form of info.My nephew had been bullied. He explained he was going to get bigger muscle and strength. I did not believe him. Then out of nowhere he added 40 pounds of genuine muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible – Google it. He does not get bullied these days. :) I personally subscribed last week.
